Our balcony hangs out over the sea defence wall on St. Ives harbour and offers unsurpassed views of the Harbour, beach and sea and has been used by artists for decades to paint the magical view, hence the house becoming known as the "balcony" studio.
Winter Storms - A front row seat!
North Cornwall is famous for its winter storms, and should a strong northeasterly blow up while you are with us, you are in for a front row seat.

The Balcony Studio is on St Ives sea defence wall, and large storm waves can break, sending spray over the roof. Our windows and been specially designed to withstand this and MUST be secured properly.
